Unlike Crestwood Hills, which I described in my previous post, Woodland Hills is not exactly an area with a densely packed collection of mid-century gems. That said, as with most of L.A., the more you look, the more you’ll find. And today’s find is outstanding, indeed. The Spanner Residence by Rex Lotery, F.A.I.A, built in 1968, is a fantastic property and it has had only one owner since it was built, making it all the more special.
