Boy, I sure do love me some quality restorations and this is one that truly warrants attention for its outstanding achievement. Designed by Calvin Straub as his personal residence, (though he did not end up living in it) this home went through some very unfortunate remodeling and design changes over the years, but the current owners very meticulously returned it to its original design. In fact, if I showed you before and after photos, you would likely not even recognize them as being the same house. But for some fortunate buyer, this home is now ready for you to live in the architect’s original vision.

A great design offers the opportunity for great photos, as is the case with the geometry of this entry. And I know you love the colors. Because how can you not?

Another classic element present in the home is plenty of walls that open up to the outdoors.
